3. Diagnostics
During the call back it will be determined if your IT challenge may be fixed remotely (Managed Services and Contract Care) or a QNA is scheduled for an on-site repair visit.

You never know when a remote repair may actually save the life of a company. We found out how valuable remote repairs were to a client early one Sunday morning in September when they called to let us know their headquarters in Houston had been hit by hurricane Ike and they were without power. They had three facilities depending on the headquarters to do business globally and were not only without systems, servers, and data protection – but even electricity. Tracey asked what we could do and within one hour we had generators delivered and had them back online fully functioning in all three facilities through remote repair. We ran their company remotely for seven days until electricity was restored Hurricane Ike may have destroyed many businesses in September 2008, yet our client was without computers for less than 60 minutes from their first call to us.

4. Remediation
All Managed Services and Contract Care clients are able to view open tickets and see any notes that have been entered by their (QNA).
5. Problem Resolved
Once the problem is resolved it is reported in Autotask under your account. If there’s a way to prevent the problem in the future, that will be recorded in your account under Autotask.

One of our clients initially called us because their IT support company had told them they were locked into an outdated point-to-point dial-up vpn solution to manage communications between their multiple offices. This seemed completely ridiculous to them, so they called one of their small business friends asking for a referral to another IT support company. 6. Report Generated
When the ticket is completed a detailed report is generated and an email is sent to you with a recap of your IT problem ticket, Qualified Network Analyst notes, the solution and any pertinent information to help you maintain your systems in the best possible environment.
