As manager of Flatrolled Steel, Inc my time and energy are divided among many departments and locations. When we began using Roland Technology Group in 2003 our needs were very different today. Initially we needed to link all of our offices with our corporate headquarters. What I considered might become a headache for us was easily and effectively handled by Roland Technology.

Over the years our needs have grown and Tim Conkle has always been able to fix our challenges, supply us with answers and direct us towards an innovative IT plan that keeps our business running smoothly and let's me focus on what I need to do on a day to day basis.
