We're a family owned business that has been serving our community for over four decades. As one of the largest mechanical contractors in the area our IT needs have grown. When we first chose to partner with Roland Technology Group we were housed in a facility that was built in the early 1960's - not a time that really understood and embraced the computer technology explosion.

So, our building was a dinosaur internally. In spite of our facility limitations, Brent Conkle and the team at Roland Technology never once commented on the difficulty or inconvenience of working within our limitations. They simply took it on as a challenge that was to be conquered.

When we finally found our new facility in late 2008 I dreaded the move. I envisioned days of agony getting our entire system up and running smoothly. I never dreamt that Roland would be there willingly moving all our equipment and before the sun set on moving day our entire system was upgraded and fully functioning in the new facility. It was flawless and actually I might even say fun - if a move could be fun!

I don't have time to waste on vendors who don't know their craft and certainly would never recommend someone to a business person I work with or know personally unless that vendor has earned my complete trust. Roland has not only earned my complete trust, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions. I know when I recommend an organization speak to someone at Roland Technology my reputation and my word will be honored and their needs will be met beyond their expectations.
