We switched to Roland Technology as our primary IT provider in 2007 because we needed a technical group that's at the top of their field and also someone who could maintain our systems and network in a timely and financially responsible manner. In our search we found Roland Technology to be honest, dependable and enjoyable to work with-no matter what the challenge was that we were facing.

We have seen tremendous growth in our company and knew we needed to upgrade the server, computers, etc, but just didn't know exactly how to get there, but after finding Roland Technology, they were able to come right in and observe what we had and gave us a plan and quote as to what needed to be done. One of the most important things that they understood was that if our server is down it costs Savage money and time.

We completed building a new facility in 2008 and I dreaded the move and integration of both new and existing hardware and software. Roland Technology did all of our wiring and kept us running smoothly throughout the move and were there every step of the way. We moved computers on a Friday and were up and running the following Monday. It was fantastic.

The Roland Technology Group supports us in hardware, software, and so many of our miscellaneous calls for help - these are good people. They are like part of the family in our own family run business. I never have to think twice about our internet, internal security issues, backups or disaster recovery - I know without a doubt that Tim and his group have us covered and I trust their recommendations to always meet and surpass our continual company growth needs.
