Runnig a water company for a small town can be demanding at times.Our small office has to run smootthly for ust to keep our customers happy and our staff able to do their jobs.

We switched to using Roland Technology in 2005 because they were able to save us time and money.Our need may not be as large as some of the companies they server,but that has never effected the service,integrity and dependability of service.

Tim has an extensive knowledge of IT systems and has mantaining our systems and software easy.Roland Technology takes care of all our needs, often before we ever know something may be problem or become a problem.

My focus needs to be on our customes and not on figuring out something with our computers and servers. I like the staff's personalities,their quickness to service any need and their ability to explain to me in plain English what we need and why as our utility company continues to serve a growing community.
